MAIN PURPOSE To provide financial, administrative and performance reports for all subdivisions within Vodacom Repairs and formulate, analyse, improve, and institute current and new reports, business processes and procedures. To Specify, develop and implement world-class system solutions in line with the business requirements. Key accountabilities To provide financial, administrative and performance reports for all subdivisions within Vodacom Repairs Run, compile and verify Vodacom Repairs reports, and also to make manual adjustments on matters beyond Franchises control which could negatively impact on Franchises Conduct ad hoc investigations and evaluations of business reports on behalf of Vodacom Repairs Management, and to assess and make recommendations on the investigations conducted. Conduct data analysis and provide recommendations to enhance business efficiencies in respect of reports management Identify areas waste and revenue leakage and make recommendations on improvement. To Specify, develop, test and implement world-class system solutions in line with the business requirements. Map business requirements specifications for amendments to existing reports, new reports and changes to Service Base, for new or amended business processes. Conduct research on and keep abreast on the latest technology trends and provide architectural inputs for development of new products and services. To define, implement, integrate and document solutions related to systems management in order to add value to the business. Provide high level support on systems to business in terms of managing reports, analysing, comprehension, collation, formulation and enhancements. Provide technical system co-ordination in terms of systems management and reporting. Make sound presentations to Vodacom Repairs management and relevant interest parties based on business performance in respect of system output and enhancements
