As a Research Associate in Cell Line Development at Genmab, I am part of a team committed to developing antibody products and pioneering therapies that make a difference in the lives of patients with cancer.In my role, I support the Cell Engineering and Sciences department by performing transfections and selections of clonal cell lines, growing cells, freezing cell banks, and producing proteins. I also work with the team to optimize and automate processes to develop high-titer producing cell lines that meet our GMP production standards for the clinic. I am instrumental in advancing our mission through my expertise in automating our cell culture processes. I take pride in spearheading the automation of the cell culture system, utilizing scripting/programming for a fully automated process in a fully automated culture system.As a team player with strong communication skills, I am flexible and capable of running multiple projects in parallel and adjusting priorities appropriately.I am passionate about Genmab's purpose and believe in our rooted-in-science approach to problem-solving.
