I lead the design, planning, development, implementation, and market launch of a new B2C SaaS product for Mastercard's Open Banking division. I was also responsible for a high priority product initiative, driving strategy and implementation across 9 product teams and microservices. I was responsible for the product vision, GTM/scale plans, and roadmaps. The role required collaboration with several cross-functional teams globally, as well as regular executive-level internal and client-facing interactions.

As Product Manager for Money4Life Coaching, I owned the product strategy and roadmap, as well as the entire user experience for B2C and B2B2C customers of our financial coaching programs. I oversaw content creation and delivery of all personal finance e-Learning material, including direct management of the eLearning & production team. I also gave direction to the overall customer journey, both with digital and human touchpoints. During this time, Mvelopes was a freemium product that fed users into the Coaching program, which was the business' primary revenue generator.

I designed and implemented coaching SOP, training modules, and coaching content in collaboration with the Coaching Directors. I also assisted in managing day-to-day operations of the Georgia Coaching Center. I was involved in the on-boarding process of new coaches, including recruitment and interviews, and was responsible for new employee orientation and training, as well as ongoing training of existing staff.I served on an inter-departmental think tank whose purpose was to evaluate and improve the key product of the company, viz. the coaching service itself. Additionally, I participated in the alpha testing team for a new iteration of the mobile Mvelopes application, consulted with the design team for a new product before its release, and was instrumental in cultivating a new relationship with a business partner who dramatically enhanced market reach.

I managed all international student admissions and I-20 applications. During my first year, I designed a contact strategy and marketing plan which yielded an 18% increase in the number of new students YOY, despite a flat budget.
