Finished each fiscal year without a budget surplus/deficit.• Supervise a team of up to seven Executive Office Associates.• Spearheaded the department’s transition to new software systems for travel management, expense reimbursement, and class scheduling. Conducted all user training for faculty/staff (30 people).• Improved brand awareness through alumni outreach, website redevelopment, and appointment of visiting scholars. • Modernized and implemented a new class scheduling process that ultimately allowed for a 10% increase in departmental enrollments by better accommodating faculty teaching preferences.
