As a Tier 3 support resource, I provided assistance to the support team to resolve complex issues. Finally, I conducted both internal and external product training to ensure the platform was being used effectively.Scrum Master:As a Scrum Master, my primary responsibility was to facilitate and lead daily SCRUM meetings for a development team. I ensured on-time delivery of sprint releases by tracking team progress and identifying any obstacles that were preventing the team from meeting their sprint goals. I worked closely with the build team to rework processes and increase sprint velocity while maintaining quality. I also assisted in user story creation for product enhancements and new features.
