John works at Arcadia Property Group as the Director of Leasing. APG is a creative and nimble full-service property management company with the ethos of "Curated for You". Our tenants are treated&cared for in a manner you would normally find in a small mom&pop operation. We know how important home is, and we strive to create and maintain thoughtful apartments with level of service that we are proud of. His primary focus is in the Old Irving Park, Ukrainian Village, Humboldt Park, and Logan Square neighborhoods of Chicago, IL. He enjoys the interaction with tenants and strives to provide a brilliantly unique home with outstanding service. You can catch John sailing on Wednesday nights in the summer, at the Empty Bottle on Friday nights for Honky Tonk in the winter, and most recently at any and all Salt Shed shows(best indoor venue ever...). Live music is what fuels John's inspiration. It's a cornerstone of the life he is so happy to be living, creating, and learning. These days, he has leaned into his passion of life and created a 4,000 capacity, music, art and camping festival in Valparaiso, Indiana - Lightning Bug Music Festival.
