• Serve as project lead on a high-performing digital marketing/ecommerce team that forged strong cross-functional relationships between Analytics, Editorial, Merchandising, Creative, SEM, SEO, Interactive, Mobile, Social and Email Marketing divisions.• Profitably acquire new customers through digital advertising and PR, social media, SEM, SEO, display advertising, retargeting, remarketing, and other online marketing programs• Evaluate, recommend and implement internal technical improvements and also advise when to engage external partners to enable clients to deliver industry leading sales growth by best in class digital execution.• Drive primary research, analytics and analysis to present key insights and business implications to client Marketing teams. Recommendations result in direct tactical campaign efforts or guidance to strategic business decisions.• Provide lead digital Innovation guidance to proactively identify approaches to new marketing trends.• Create targeted CRM campaigns leveraging segmentation data to drive brand conversion• Lead on execution of email campaigns including: HTML coding, mailing execution, setting expectations, maintaining quality control, managing the deliverables and meeting deadlines • QA/approve all email campaigns to ensure that the creative, copy and functionality are correct• Assign and verify appropriate tracking analytics tags• Collaborate effectively with internal partners, clients and 3rd party vendors throughout the execution of each campaign • Review tactical execution of campaigns to assure expected strategic results are achieved • Make recommendations to Email Manager around strategy and approach • Assist in managing expectations and communications with Email Service Provider(s)• Stay current with industry standards and best practices involving CAN-SPAM, Deliverability and Data Hygiene• Advise on business development and growth strategies with all ecommerce, technology and marketing agency partners
