I ensured the billing department worked effectively with invoicing of import and export consignments and solving problems with consignments rejected from the billing system. Duties included:- Revenue reporting- pre-invoicing control of high value consignments- assist Accounts Receivable and Customer Service with enquiries- control of customer agreements from a Finance perspective- entered customer rates in the billing systemFor Spring, a postal service and TNT’s sister company. I handled all aspects of the billing by coordinating agreements and rates between the Commercial department in Denmark and Billing in Germany. I entered the invoice data into the system, coordinated credits and reported revenue on a weekly basis to the Finance office in Denmark
