"Emax Norge" is a meeting place for young people who are genuinely engaged in entrepreneurship and managing their own business sometime in the future. The participants are challenged on their own skills and knowledge about entrepreneurship with workshops, inspirational talks, social activities and the construction of good, positive networks.A big part of the participation at Emax is to take part in a simulation game. Participants manage a real business and need to take major business decisions during the simulation game. The participants are challenged in leadership skills, cooperation skills and assessment skills.
