The customers of TaskMaster Pro provide services to the Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled (IDD). Their daily focus is trying to improve the lives of their clients while managing extremely complex reporting and documentation requirements. Our goal is to make the management component of their world as simple as possible. We want their mindshare to be on client care, not the tools they use to provide that care. As President of TaskMaster Pro I am, of course, tasked with the expected responsibilities of ensuring our operations are sound and that our business is well managed. However, I consider my most critical duty that of ensuring our employees are empowered to drive ever increasing excellence in our products. They are masters at making the incredibly complex elegantly simple. I just have to ensure they have no impediments in doing so.

Responsible for developing and executing product strategies that increase profits, provide competitive advantage in the marketplace, and inspire customer loyalty. Thus far we have developed a product pipeline where none existed before and have implemented a few “quick win” fee based product enhancements adding approximately 10% to profits, this is in addition to the $1.8 million added to profits mentioned below. We are about to launch our first major product addition, a credit card. This involved leading a cross-functional team through product strategy definition and vendor selection. Contract negotiations are complete and I am currently leading a team to launch the product which includes training over 700 people in 70 branches. This product should increase profits by over 20% within 36 months.Also responsible for all Operations and Support functions for all of Treasury Management and Wire Transfer. This includes leading a staff of 25 divided into 5 operational units. Since taking over we have reorganized the operational areas resulting in a 10% reduction in head-count and significantly reduced overtime, which combined have provided over $100,000 in savings.

Responsible for all facets of the merchant services division including vendor management, sales, order fulfilment, and call center, spanning 70 branch locations across Texas. When I arrived the unit was making $500,000 annually. Through focused leadership on sales strategy we increased production by over 100 percent, going from 250 new customers added annually to over 560. Combined with renegotiated vendor contracts and improved operational efficiency, profits have increased by over 360% to $2.3 million. Increased sales in other Treasury Management product lines by at least 10% annually.

Responsible for P&L, Product Development, Sales, and Vendor Relationship Management for the e-commerce suite of products on behalf of this Fortune 500 company. E-Commerce suite included Payment Gateway, Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment, Shopping Cart and other related products. Developed a 5 point plan to increase revenue by 20%, led initiatives to evaluate costs and replace vendors that garnered saving equivalent to 5% of the products revenue, met or exceeded all targets for P&L, Product Development, and Sales.

Charged with identifying new markets for payment processing products, developing strategies to improve performance of primary marketing and customer support operations. Captured sales exceeding $1M in 18 months by launching into new market and developed strategies that contributed to the groups 250% growth rate.

Responsible for sales and marketing of MediaGarden products in the United States K-12 market. Drove sales and marketing strategies, developed promotional and advertising materials and managed marketing mix that increased sales revenue for this venture capital funded company by 206%.
