This LLC was created strictly and exclusively for the Residential Real Estate I purchase (and/or also partner with another party to purchase) for use to Rehab, Remodel, Flip, and Tear-Down to Build New and Sell - so that I may represent myself (and/or my business partner) throughout the entire process and be protected.
