Bartercard is a business marketplace with 54,000 cardholders who barter-trade over $40m every month with 75 offices around the world. I was hired to oversee all day-to-day operations including opening and closing the office, hiring and managing employees, growing our client memberships, driving trade volume to increase revenue, and developing the overall marketing strategy. My team and I grew the membership in Buffalo to over 120 businesses in the first year. In March 2018, the parent company shut down franchise operations in the USA. Bartercard remains open for business in multiple countries.

Owned and operated a direct mail franchise in the WNY Southtowns. The business mailed 4 zones of 10,000 households on a monthly cycle, and offered digital, mobile, email and text campaigns. I prospected and sold all the advertising, worked with clients to create great offers, design print and online ads, and accomplish objectives to achieve high ROI.I conceived and implemented the marketing strategy for my business, including all marketing materials, social media, digital advertising, billboards, and event sponsorships.
