I am a social innovation consultant and learning facilitator passionate about creating impact in purpose-centered work. I connect ideas, people and innovative possibilities and catalyze teams and stakeholders towards measurable solutions with sustainable impact. I have always been fascinated by ideas, cultures and people. When I was 23 I traveled in Europe, the Mid-East and Africa for seventeen months primarily by bicycle; observing, reflecting and learning about myself, others and the world as I experienced it. My journey of curiosity and learning has continued in the nonprofit, private and social impact sectors leading teams, empowering learning and creating adaptive strategies and innovative solutions. I have learned that humble inquiry, listening and authenticity are essential in the journey towards an inclusive, equitable and sustainable world.
