The purpose of the WEF is to regularly convene a senior Leadership Network, and to discuss and disseminate actionable intelligence regarding climate risks and the energy transition among decision-makers as part of an established Knowledge Exchange Programme. The WEF delivers two complementary workstreams during the political year for a network of 150 organisations in the UK and overseas by invitation that include policymakers, regulators, industry, investors, NGOs and diplomats.Five strategic themes underpin our systems approach and help us cut across typical sector silos through our annual programme. NRI is the global hub for the safety analysis, assurance and insurance of over five hundred civil nuclear sites globally via an international pooling system. NRI also provides thought leadership role to government, regulators and industry in matters of civil nuclear risk, policy and liability. Key responsibilities:• Monitor UK and international nuclear policies and regulations, and liaise with leading domestic and international stakeholders to help advise the NRI Executive on strategy and the wider context of energy.• Lead and coordinate ad hoc working groups, eg on cyber resilience, maturity and tiered insurability.• Convene and chair NRI’s ‘Nuclear Frontiers’ webinar programme for the global nuclear safety sector which includes IAEA, WNA, OECD.
