At the Crosby, my functional classes involve golf fitness seminars- Focusing mainly on flexibility and core strength. As well as my Aquatic fitness class, where a low impact environment allows people at all fitness levels to experience high cardiovascular levels with out irritating joints. I love what I do in the way it allows me to connect with my clients and make a change in their lives.

Worked as an apprentice to a highly educated and experienced machinist. Learned how to shape a variety of materials (ie. Stainless steel, aluminum, copper, fiberglass etc.) to measurements as low as five-thousandths of an inch (.005").

Coached an 8th grade boys volleyball team the basic skills and tactics of the game. Kept them entertained and interested in the sport. With an emphasis on sportsmanship, fundamentals and conditioning.

I was responsible for a group of 8 to 12-year-old children with a counselor to child ratio of 1:25. Developed skills in time management and costumer service; incorporating parents' suggestions into my lesson plan.
