• Validates, edits and/or develops learning content for implementation across all channels and functions, including the design of training materials (manuals with visual charts, presentations and videotapes, e-learning.
• Develops learning for projects, pilots, initiatives, launches and rollouts; assess learning and capability gaps, identify relevant solutions for all channels and functions. Helps to collaborates with key stakeholders.
• Delivers and conducts in-depth, instructor-led training sessions and conducts meetings with all size of groups, including large groups. Must be comfortable dynamically speaking in front of groups.
• Tracks results of performance and learning programs and creates reports to show metrics for improvement.
• Coaches all functions on best practice methods for engaging employees, modeling behaviors, and driving business results.
• Provides support through expertise and resources on key program launches that enable successful in the marketplace.

• Local Capability Assessment, Planning & Deployment
• Steward assessment process at company level, inclusive of Functional Competencies
• Aggregate observations from assessment process, report results and identify core areas for improvement.
• Provide recommendations on local capability plan to address most critical local level opportunities as well as National capability priorities Deployment of National Capability Initiatives
• Attend Master Training sessions to build knowledge of content for deployment as well as to enhance facilitation and leader coaching skills
• Deploy an agreed-upon curriculum of highest leverage capability initiatives to front line teams (i.e. RED, Financial Acumen, Prospecting)

• Recognize opportunities to improve Sales and Logistics Planning processes, develop, deploy, and sustain processes and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the System, Customers and Key Stakeholders to recognize problems, identify root causes, and develop and execute action plans to achieve and sustain preferred performance. Understand OE principles.
• Interpret data, use it to predict future trends, and clearly communicate findings to our Sales, DSD Planning, Customer Care and Field Operations stakeholders to support our Leadership Behaviors.
• Continuously improve data accuracy by dedicating time and resources to identifying data defects, allowing our stakeholders to make decision on clear, concise and accurate data that ensures we are managing resources.
• Serve as a leader to our business partners by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through analysis and strategic territory plans that deliver positive business results through ongoing superior customer.

• Accountable for full service integrity within St. Louis and Mo/KS Market Units
• Work with Full Service supervisors, drivers and technicians on loss prevention and policies
• Track and detect product and monetary loss
• Investigate and interview Full Service drivers, technicians, and cashiers when losses occur
• Work with Security manager on surveillance of drivers and technicians
• Help create and run risk assessment reports for St. Louis and Mo/KS Market Units and decide who is at risk and who should be investigated

• Manage Coca-Cola portfolio of over two-hundred brands and packages to meet customer needs
• Sell in and execute incremental programs to customers
• Meet monthly/quarterly volume, smart selling, productivity, and market share goals
• Weekly/monthly audits on rotation and back –room inventory
• Communication with merchandising staff on account activity (off day delivery, display changes, and proper pricing, ect)

• Responsible for all RAR routes within district when the RAR was unavailable due to vacation or other time off
• Duties included executing CCE programs in stores, selling and ordering product for all outlets, and merchandising all accounts
• Assist all districts in the St. Louis area with resets, market tours, and creative displays
