What sets my cooking apart from others is that I do not follow recipes, I gather ingredients that I think will work together and try something new, all off the cuff. Phase one of this start up consists of a social media introduction to get both my label and my mission out into the world of cooking enthusiasts. Phase two will be an introduction of physical retail items such as oils and balsamic reductions infused with unique and rare ingredients from locations all over the world.
