Stacker is a software platform that makes it easy for anyone to build software to empower their teammates, partners, or customers.Stacker is fully remote and backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator & Initialized Capital.While at Stacker, I jumpstarted their people, legal, and finance functions and led the hiring of a CFO and People Operations Manager.

After seeing how income share agreements (ISAs) helped Microverse democratize access to opportunity, I started Pactero (formerly Align) to make it easy for other companies to launch and scale ISAs in-house.I raised $150k from Village Global, an early stage venture capital firm backed by Jeff Bezos, Bill Gates, Reid Hoffman, Abby Johnson, Magic Johnson, Anne Wojcicki & more.I shut down the company and returned 2/3 of the money to investors after learning there wasn't a venture-scale problem related to ISAs. Microverse (YC S19) is a global, distributed school for software developers that doesn't charge students anything until they get hired. Instead, the company monetizes through a global income share agreement (ISA). I joined as the first marketing and growth employee and balanced high-level strategy with scrappy execution to lead the growth our new enrollments 22% MoM (on average) for 13 months (December 2018 – January 2020) and as we received investments from Y Combinator, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors from Silicon Valley.

I developed content (blogs, articles, storyboards), social media campaigns, and established analytics processes for hardware startups, B2B SaaS startups, venture capital firms, and online publications to generate sales leads, increase self-signups, and grow brands' online presence.
