Responsible for management and business development of the Southeast Region within Randstad Technologies consisting of the following areas: North Carolina (Raleigh, Charlotte), Georgia (Alpharetta, Buckhead), Tennessee (Nashville, Memphis), and Florida (Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale). • Training and developing 15 direct and indirect reports including Regional Managing Directors, Managing Directors, Perm Directors, and Sales/Recruiting Directors.• P&L responsibilities for the Region- approximately $150M in revenue.• Responsible for contracts negotiation, RFP responses, operational compliance as well as account receivables• High level client interaction and partnership development within all industries.• Member of the Randstad Technologies Executive Steering Committee which leads and develops all the company initiatives• Was nominated and selected to participate in the Randstad Senior Executive Program 10- development of targeted individuals for senior leadership roles.

Responsible for management and business development of the Mid Atlantic Region within Sapphire consisting of the following offices: Bethesda, MD, DC Metro, Sapphire Government Technologies, Richmond, VA , Raleigh, NC, Charlotte, NC, and Greenville, SC. • Training and developing 8 direct reports (Branch Managers, Sales/Recruiting managers and Region Operations Manager) on recruiting and the staffing industry. • P&L responsibilities for the Region- approximately $80M in revenue which represents 22% of the total company• Responsible for contracts negotiation, RFP responses, operational compliance as well as account receivables• High level client interaction and partnership development within all industries.• Member of the Sapphire Executive Council which leads and develops all the company initiatives• Was nominated and selected to participate in the Randstad Senior Executive Program 10- development of targeted individuals for senior leadership roles.

Responsible for management and business development of the Charlotte Branch office. Lead the development of new business through territory management for the banking/financial, insurance and mortgage industries. Responsible for cold calling, conducting sales meetings, negotiations and contracts management. Hired, trained and developed a team of 15 direct reports including account managers and technical recruiters. Provided a consultative approach to companies throughout the Charlotte market including mid market and large volume accounts.

Responsible for new business development for the Raleigh branch. Prospecting new business through cold calling, networking events, job boards, business journal, and internet research. Face-to-Face meetings with prospects and clients on a weekly basis to establish relationships, understand their staffing needs, and deliver solutions. Market appropriate candidates to prospects and clients on a daily basis.
