For clients from diverse verticals and geographic locations, our automatic and dynamic product recommendations delivered on website and e-mail provide increased user experience, conversion rate, average order value, and returning visitors and a reduced bounce rate while reducing manual shop administration.

SurfRight was pretty successful in The Netherlands - their local market - with the products HitmanPro and Caretaker Antispam when I started working for them in 2009, with 90% of the business coming from The Netherlands.It was my goal to extend the business to the rest of the world, starting in Western Europe, and North America. I have been able to turnaround the business, and the vast majority of the revenue (80%) is now coming from those countries. Total revenue grew with more than 700% during my assignment.

I started up the business for Webroot Software in the Benelux region, both the B2C as the B2B business when they were virtually unknown.My activities included PR & Marketing, setting up the retail distribution channel, setting up the enterprise reseller channel, direct sales to large accounts, and setting up relationships with ISP and OEM accounts. During my assignment, revenue grew from virtually zero to a very profitable size. The countries in my region (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxemburg) were the #2 and #3 revenue generators in Europe, after the UK.
