Develop and maintain manufacturing tests for board leveland system level test. Responsible for optical network group’s ONS15454/E, ONS15327, ONS15600 and ONS15310CL/MA. For all products created and implement test plans, manage projects to their completion, primarily in the areas of system test, RDT/ORT. Interfaces include DS1/DS3, OC3,12,48,192, 10/100mbps Ethernet and 1G and 10G Ethernet. Work with Engineering to ensure proper design for testability as well as usability of diagnostics. Design tests to properly collect data for failure analysis and material tracking. Continually refine BLT and SLT test for efficiency and ease of use. Design and fabricate test fixtures and cables as required. Support turn-key suppliers and internal manufacturing with training and test fixture maintenance
