Currently as well as being an ex serving member of HM Forces, I hold the position of Lifeboat Operations Manager for Plymouth lifeboat. Which last year was the busiest lifeboat station on the south coast. Accountable for the everyday running of the lifeboat station, responsible for the crew and all SAR equipment. A highly experienced security professional in all aspects of Maritime Security as a Team Leader and Ops Manager, also a subject matter expert trainer, including the formulation and implementation of Ship Security Plans. Extremely Competent and Current within all manner of Maritime Security, Force Protection and the deployment of teams. A proficient Personal Weapons Instructor qualified in the training and the safe conduct of all range work.A self-disciplined and a conscientious line manager, with wide experience in administration, customer care, staff development and training.
