As a Campus Recruiter at Echo Global Logistics, I build and maintain relationships with both university partners and students to help recruit and retain top talent. I establish brand recognition on college campuses across the country, strategize large-scale recruitment initiatives and develop top talent attraction programs for our Chicago headquarters and over 30 branch offices nationwide. On a daily basis, I source and screen top candidates that will help grow Echo into an even stronger company and logistics powerhouse, while maintaining a full recruitment cycle.
