Enthusiastic and result oriented young lady who is passionate about promoting gender equality and Community Led Development. Through my work as a Community Led Development Facilitator under CorpsAfrica, I have gained more skills In facilitation and community mobilisation. I have also hands on experience on project development and implementation including budgeting and management of funds through different activities and Initiatives I have done with my community. My previous work as an assistant gender officer under Zomba District Council also gave me hands on experience on Gender Based Violence (GBV) cases, how to handle them and also compiling reports on such cases. Have also facilitated a number of meetings and trainings on GBV.
