/‘multipotentialite/A person who has many different interests and creative pursuits in life.✨My career began as a full-stack developer, coding in languages such as Javascript, HTML, CSS and React. During my role as a developer, I became frustrated at the lack of user-centred design; pulling on my years as a freelance designer, I began to apply design thinking principles to my developer role leading to my pivot into design. 🧑🏾‍🎨I have worked across several design roles throughout my years freelancing such as; content design, branding, UI and UX design, and User Research, as well as having worked collaboratively alongside other designers as a UI developer. 👩🏽‍💻I currently work as a UX/UI Analyst, bridging the gap between designers and developers. Using both my design and development skills enables me to give language to the designs allowing developers to implement designs more efficiently.👩🏽‍🔬Outside of technology, I’m passionate about beauty and skincare, my degree equipped me with a deep understanding of the chemistry and biology behind cosmetic formulations. I create content and write about skincare and beauty due to the lack of education in the skincare community.🧠In addition to my technical skills, I am also a creative problem-solver, with a track record of delivering products that exceed expectations. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.  I accredit my success to my self-starting nature, extensive research skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
