I was Product Owner of guest app on board the ships and digital tools for crew. I led new design, development and fleet-wide rollout of this application and associated infrastructure. The app connects customers, ship staff and company information. A somewhat unique product in that it is required to work smoothly regardless of network status on ships. I led the team as we developed and designed new features: - booking restaurant tables- booking customer activities - multi language support- ship information - real time updates from crewThe app suite had several components - an easy-to-use customer app, and administration desktop app for crew and various automations. Design was a mix of customer and crew feedback & ideation aligned with strategic business objectives.

I led product development of B2B portfolio: B2B portal (new replacing old) and B2B API. I was Product Owner for an Agile DevOps team to a new B2B Portal for global launch & rollout. We rolled out market by market, iteratively taking feedback and implementing improvements and optimisations for market requirements. I was also responsible for the legacy B2B portal in that time, as well as overseeing Hurtigruten's B2B API, used by third parties to directly integrate to our booking system.

At ESTEC I worked on applying Newtonian physics and signals analysis to investigate whether a future ESA satellite, LISA, could be used to detect near-Earth asteroids. Mostly worked on creating models using Python and Wolfram Mathematica

I worked assisting in teaching English in Madrid over summer months. I organised activities like tours and sports for 200+ students while assisting them with work and generally improving their confidence in English, both spoken and written.
