• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources and provide economies of scale.

• System Engineer (Hardware & Software)

• Provide technical support to customer inquiries and problems
• Diagnosis, troubleshooting and rectifying technical problems pc/servers/networking within a standard time frame

• To take day-to-day responsibility for the real time management of a group of inbound CSRs, ensuring that adherence to schedule is maximized, monitoring service level performance and to develop forecast & schedules for.
• Forecast call volume & workforce requirements that will enable the management team to manage the center. The forecasted calls need to have at least 5% variance from actual call volume
• Produce rosters (using WFM scheduling) that will accurately match workload to available resources and notifies management of any discrepancies, before & after
