- Planning and procurement of all resources including labour materials and subcontractors and identify potential co-ordination/commercial risks and ensure prompt reporting- Control all aspects of project documentation and ensure close collaboration with Planning Engineer regarding accuracy of progress reporting- Maintain accurate records and provide necessary detailed backup to support commercial tracking and costing.- Assist in the compiling and filing of all project specific testing certificates/logs/checklists to the Operation & Maintenance Manual to enable a smooth handover of project.- Implementing all Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Duties and compiling/uploading of all QHSE Documentation.

Responsible for reporting production daily figures, updating industrial and commercial KPIs and preparing reports as requested by the directors. Also in charge of contacting customers to confirm technical requirements and follow up order progress and delivery dates, registering new products and elaborating process sheets.

Responsible for the production planning and control department, running a team of five production programmers. In charge of the material requirement planning and operation schedules of all productions lines of the main plant and two other partner industries (Wilson Santos Group). Also in charge of monitoring and controlling the levels of raw material stocks.

Responsible for training and certifying new baristas, leading shift team assuring high quality customer service in both point of sales and beverage standards. Also responsible for guiding coffee tastings, cash control and placing and receiving purchase orders.

Responsible for the material requirement planning and purchase orders of raw material and components, including developing new suppliers and negotiation. Also assisting Sales department for sales forecast and pricing.

Responsible for the internal production schedules and following up the outsourced production. Also responsible for making dashboards and reports about quality and industrial efficiency.
