Guarantee the operation and maintenance of the mobile and fixed communications network infrastructure: mobile access network (GSM/UMTS/LTE+), transport network (microwave, SDH, DWDM), outside plant network (GPON, HFC), Data Center (cloud, NFV, housing, security), and HUBs (fixed telephony, internet, and TV service). I maintain a focus on continuous improvement by applying the Six-Sigma philosophy for process optimization, cost reduction, response time reduction, and efficiency in the use of resources. I lead a cross-functional team and I am currently responsible for the digital transformation process of my area, for which I lead a program with projects that are carried out under different approaches (agile, waterfall, hybrid).

Define and improve processes for efficient project/program management, provide tools for managing complex initiatives, develop and train competencies for project management (agile and waterfall), conduct workshops for multi-stakeholder management, develop strategies for crisis project recovery, and facilitate requirements elicitation to meet business and customer needs. Design, implement, and accompany the creation of Project Management Offices (PMO).

I'm the master teacher in postgraduate programs related to project management at the main universities and business schools in Ecuador.
