Oversee orientation, field training and transition into a full-time membership position in an EMS system that produces 5,000+ Emergency calls annually. Supervise and evaluate the Field Training Program, consisting of 8 Field Training Officers. Ensure training to be compliant with company policy and state regulation. Initiated and work on a comprehensive training plan to streamline the training process, coordinating with multiple different department heads to ensure a smooth transition and evolution to minimize operational impact.
