Worked in the Payments Platform division, contributing code and knowledge to a decoupling initiative to make purchase eligibility more straightforward, more transparent, and more accessible to developers.Implemented a plugin service containing business logic to determine the eligibility of a purchase made with a gift card, integrated with various systems for determining the validity of purchases.Employed the principles of Test-Driven Development, designing and delivering unit tests that provided 90% code coverage as well as full-fledged integration tests, and outlined a graduated testing system to prove that the plugin is ready to be put into production.Charted the process of writing this service, logging instructions as well as providing clean, clear code as an example for future developers to follow when writing similar plugins.
