Began as an production worker, qualified for and completed an electrical apprenticeship, progressing to an electrical leader, and then finally accepting the role of facility technical training/apprenticeship coordinator, Provided support to other trades-persons, maintenance management and plant engineering teams. As the facility Technical Training Coordinator, developed skill competency tracking systems, identified technical training needs, researched and coordinated training methodologies to fill competency gaps. Continuously monitored training methodologies to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.Concurrently as the facility apprenticeship coordinator, developed a rotational schedule to ensure over eighty apprentices apprentices from three different trade group received maximum exposure to all levels of technologies within the facility. Developed a system to track and report hours worked by each apprentice within the program to ensure program standards were attained. Coordinated with the legislative authority and the local community college to schedule and coordinate mandated formal training periods.
