Coordinate and train personnel, request staff for different projects, conduct studies and research on new technologies and products. Inform personnel about system performance indicators and ensure their understanding.Remote Monitoring Centers: Supervise civil work installation and delivery, configure and start up necessary elements and equipment for implementing remote monitoring centers for the integrated CCTV system of Medellin's Police Stations in the SIES. Install and configure Genetec's Security Center software, implement and configure the access control system in each monitoring center. Configure the communication link of the system (Radio Link). Managed ongoing administration and support for UNE Telecommunications' IPTV/OTT platforms. Handled client and vendor interactions, configured Linux/Windows servers (Headend), set-top boxes, and provided support for platform tools such as Verimatrix, Orca, Envivio, Thomson, Coship, Sagem, Akamai, Bitband, Icareus, and Nextstreaming. Designed and deployed the transmission platform for the FIFA World Cup 2014 on mobile devices. Responsibilities included configuring and testing the Envivio platform (signal encoding), linking encoders with Akamai servers, implementing the Verimatrix platform, and integrating it with Envivio for signal encryption, along with supporting the player used for transmission.
