Supervised the operational performance of a major Base Repair Depot to ensure timely completion of it’s annual goals. 1974 – 1977 :Senior Engineer In Charge of Maintenance of Aviation Unit comprising of 24 Aircraft heading a team of 200 Engineers and Technicians 1972-1974:Engineering Adjutant In charge of Co ordination of Engineering Activities in a major Air Force Base having about 100 aircraft operating from the base – coordinated several engineering departments working in a large Air Force Base
