Great to meet you and thank you for connecting! Here's a little about my story, and what you can expect from working with me.As somewhat of a child prodigy at the piano, for many years music was my singular passion. After getting my piano performance degree, I spent a few years living the less-glamorous-than-advertised life as a performing artist. I loved music and still do, but came to an realization in early 2018: it's important to love what you do, but investing in skills that create tangible impact is equally important. Fast forward 5 years - I'm grateful to have built a career in consultative sales. Except, I don't consider "sales" to be the best description of what I do.My process is shaped from my experience working in both software startups and cloud infrastructure at AWS: I define success by my ability to (1) deeply understand desired customer outcomes and associated obstacles; and then (2) work backwards from this to build the most viable solution.I joined Leadr because I am both passionate and extremely curious about the various building blocks that help facilitate People development, leadership development, and cross-level organizational health. We believe we are the tip of the spear of an emerging paradigm where Performance priorities and People priorities are no longer seen as a 'one-or-the-other' choice for leadership. If this speaks your language, I would love to hear how you are tackling this balancing act.
