● Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.● Identify and leverage effective recruitment channels to source high-quality candidates, establishing relationships and networks to facilitate this process.● Conduct targeted sourcing for positions in Operations Team, Sourcing (Procurement of Raw Materials for Fish, Shrimp, Crab, Cephalopod), Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Product Management Digital, Sustainability Team, Legal & Compliance Team at SPV level and below.● Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to discuss job details, refine job descriptions, talent mapping, and monitor hiring progress.● Coordinate with all hiring partners to meet manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.● Actively participate in Employer Branding initiatives and projects, such as Campus Hiring campaigns (e.g., mass hiring at Poltek KP Kupang).● Develop and maintain partnerships with headhunters and other recruitment agencies to enhance candidate sourcing efforts.

As a Talent Acquisition, I am responsible for delivering full life-cycle recruiting for Sister Company Agro Boga Utama & Projects :Meat N Fresh is a Retail store for Frozen red Meat, Poultry, and Seafood● Develop applicant pools and talent pipelines by establishing a strong network within the market through job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and state employment agencies.● Identify and utilize effective recruitment channels to source top-tier candidates; build and maintain relationships and networks to facilitate efficient candidate sourcing.● Coordinate with hiring managers across all levels on recruitment methods and processes;provide consultation to hiring managers on strategies for identifying and recruiting candidates at the supervisor level and below.● Achieve recruitment goals by successfully filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates in a timely manner.● Supervise the recruitment process for 65 retail stores, including the staffing of 10 new stores across Indonesia, ensuring daily coordination with Area Managers to track hiring progress and also manage Mass Hiring.Project :Retial Opening- Jabodetabek- Bandung- Medan- Pontianak- Makassar - Balikpapan- Samarinda
