Walmart Supercenter - Stormwater compliance, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance

DISD BP #10 - $13M Four school remodel package: Process all submittals, punchlist and closeout. Worked closely with individual superintendents at all three schools and all subcontractors to ensure no items were neglected during the renovations. Coordinated kitchen relocate to new building expansion. Multi-tasked projects with processing submittals, attending owner and subcontractor meetings along with weekly site visits to each campus. DISD BP #25 - $24M remodel of high school and stadium that was vacant 5-6 years. Project overlapped duration of BP#10 for almost 1 year. Process submittals, punchlist and closeout. Roof replacement, installed two kitchens, 6 science labs, geo-thermal HVAC system with over 800 wells, two elevators. Texarkana - Red River Army Depot MSSC Phase 3: Joint Venture & Mentor/Protege project. $40.5M 240,000 square foot warehouse for disassembly, paint, assembly of military transport vehicles. As most experienced employee onsite I was responsible for ensuring policy and procedure were followed. Mentored summer intern, and guided new-hire PE with coordination of trades, scope and contract review. Processed submittals, locate scope gaps and/or constructability issues.

Summer Intern at Grand Junction High School HVAC remodel and three building additions. This was a great introduction on commercial renovation and taught me a lot about working with various trades, taking notes in Owner's meetings and plan reading.
