I am a visionary leader and coach who has spent 15+ years working with educational organizations. I believe that each employee is a contributing team member and with feedback and coaching can grow as a leader to positively impact the organization. I utilize targeted coaching conversations and strategic planning to produce outcomes that are aligned with organizational goals. Management of people and projects is my greatest strength. Utilizing the process of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure for each project allows for clear communication, realistic expectations, opportunities for feedback and a finished project that is timely, within budget and impactful.
