As a DCS, I am responsible for developing, delivering and selling CGI’s portfolio of services and solutions to customers in the Manufacturing Industry. Our Manufacturing Center of Excellence has numerous value propositions in the operational domain, around data analytics, operational excellence consulting, manufacturing operations management systems and in particular in operational technology cybersecurity.

I was responsible for overseeing the European-wide SAP Rollout program and related projects for a Dutch industrial engineering company.

Within a large scale and ambitious SAP consolidation program for a healthcare technology company, I am responsible for proper planning and execution of all data migration activities. The program aims to consolidate more than 50 instances into 6, in the span of two years.As a program manager I take care of planning, risk and issue management, executive reporting and connecting teams across the many active projects within the program.I personally managed the lead deployments for CEE, Middle East, Turkey and Africa, which went live successfully and on time.

As a member of the Due Diligence Team I was responsible for planning and setting up the transition and transformation program for a global financial services company in leasing, factoring and consumer financeResponsible for delivery of application support & maintenance transition and outcome based development projects.Developed several value propositions including one for application performance management and testing as a service.

Responsible for developing and growing the account; customer is a global company in health, nutrition and materials. The first program, to deliver regional datacenter services in US, Europe and Asia, was completed in Feb'15. I was accountable for operationalizing the datacenters using Wipro's community cloud solution and transitioning services from the incumbent suppliers to the Wipro datacenters, delivering a 30% cost improvement and massive service improvement in terms of provisioning speed and agility.In March 2015, I won a major deal to transform their workplace service and global Service Desk, using Wipro's industrialised Workplace solution. This 5 year deal increased the account size 6-fold.

Responsible for client and service delivery management of the infrastructure managed services contract, including supplier and financial management for a major Chemicals Company.Responsible for cross & upselling; the account grew from US$ 6.4 million to US$ 20 million p.a., with 75 people.The contract was successfully re-negotiated and renewed twice; I won the support of the global SharePoint platform, hosting the company’s Intranet for 40,000 users.I drove a program to increase Operational Excellence in all areas of service delivery targeting cost reduction and efficiency improvement.I designed and implemented a range of new services in response to business needs.The managed estate grew to 900+ servers across three datacentersI developed and ran two RFPs to contract an enterprise backup solution and later an enterprise storage solution.

Responsible for service delivery of infrastructure management, including datacenter hosting, server management, storage & backup and SAP basis support for a major Chemicals companyAccount grew from US$ 3.7 to 6.4 million p.a. with 30 people across 4 sitesResponsibilities included interacting with senior leadership on status & financial reporting, escalation, contract and client engagement management, driving service improvement, ensure quality and security process adherence and staff managementKey participant of the focus group to define the company-wide managed services process model

Responsible for all IT application development and support & maintenance service delivery for a major global Oil & Gas CompanyGrew the account from 150 to 200 FTEs and US$ 12 million annual revenueResponsibilities included staffing and staff development, program-level reporting, service delivery management, financial planning, directly supervising 5 portfolio managersIn 2007 I spent a year directly managing the delivery teams in Bangalore, India.

As a business analyst I worked on a number of very large customer care and billing implementations in the telecommunications and utilities industries. I started my career as a developer and progressed to functional architect with primary responsibility for requirements analysis, process and system design and training clients and junior team members.
