Lead all aspects of Endo's SharePoint environments, from design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, app deployments and security. Own the development of strategies for optimal use of SharePoint and other collaborative tools within the organization in order to meet critical business objectives. To strive to make our SharePoint platform World Class so our colleagues can be more productive.

Extensive SharePoint 2010 knowledge, Kerberos Authentication knowledge and BI Integration. Event receiver coding, and solution deployment knowledge. Platform experience with enterprise and multi-farm SharePoint deployments. Multi-node FAST for SharePoint 2010 deployment and integration with enterprise SharePoint farm. DMZ, networking knowledge to support SharePoint farm deployments. Powershell scripting knowledge for SharePoint automated farm builds and administration. Regulated SharePoint farm knowledge for FDA requirements including qualification of builds.

Primary Tech Lead / Network Administrator• Administer heterogeneous server/workstation lab in a multi-domain model in an enterprise environment to support multiple departments in designing, test and deploy Vanguard’s flagship site Vanguard.com. Other responsibilities included: Create and document processes and procedures for new server builds and usage in the lab• Acted as a focal point for Escalated technical web issues. Researched product bugs and new issues, via the lab, in order to discover and document solutions before the customer became aware of them.3rd Level Technical Lead• Assisted Co-workers with technical questions and upset customers often by taking ownership of the call. Responsibilities included taking ownership of the client and the call including off-hour call backs to resolve the problem• Assisting in supporting the SSL requirements for Vanguard’s website. Provided customer support for configuring 40-bit and 128-bit secure browsers for customer access to the website.• Implemented and taught training classes to support staff in their new Arizona facility. Provided 1-on-1 training and call feedback in order to improve team’s ability to resolve customers’ technical questions on the front line. Served on the interviewing and hiring team as a technical resource to review technical skills during the interviewing process• Worked closely with management providing feedback and suggestions regarding co-workers, call handling processes and training. Such feedback deemed valuable as it was used as a guideline for creating new processes and procedures to improve productivity and skill levels of phone representatives. Examples include creating a department web site and newsletter informing phone representatives of current events with the company and in the IT field.
