One of the most important successes in my life has been my ability to help people. I loved investing for my clients and giving them advise on Financial, Insurance and Estate Planning Planning,I received my Florida Real Estate License Certificate from the State of Florida Real Estate School at the age of 70 and at the Age of 71, 72 @73 I attended The American Art Institute of Pittsburgh On-Line with studies in Residential Planning and Architectural Drafting. My Grandchildren always asked why I was still studying with no intention of selling or building homes. My motto to them and to you as well, "You are never too old to learn".I love being trained and training others.I talk with my children and grands about my life as a child and my "real" opinion of progress. I believe Technology has been a blessing and a curse but I enjoy it because I can communicate with people and have re-united with high schools colleagues from 55 years ago.As a Banking Assistant Vice President I loved the ability to train, hire, fire (which I did not love, but had to do it) and having the responsibility of assuring that the Branch operated in a professional manner by ordering cash from the Federal Reserve and always taking the #1 spot when my Branch was audited.
