Acting as the technical lead for Quartech, this role involved planning the business’s IT roadmap and key priorities with senior leadership and key stakeholders. This included developing security policies, planning for office and datacenter migrations and internal initiatives, in addition to mentoring and training members of the IT Team. Achievements:• Helped deliver a project that produced a verifiable credential to authenticate genuine products for a public sector client utilizing Kubernetes within Microsoft Azure. • Improved automation via a move to automated role-based access control groups, which dynamically assign permissions within Azure AD depending on an employee’s role at the business. • Collaborated with the onboarding of a major Government client in providing project and deployment support to their internal applications, the success of which drove significant future revenue and opportunities to Quartech.

Delivering administration of Net Support UK’s suite of private cloud hosting services and public cloud offerings, which included Microsoft Azure, Office 365, 3CX PBX and managed IT. Participated in the transition of key clients into public cloud-based solutions.Achievements:• Successfully delivered completed a deployment of over 200 Windows 7 PCs and laptops on a tight schedule without a supplied WDS server, by developing my own DISM scripts this was completed ahead of schedule.• Lead on improving datacenter resiliency through the deployment of additional UPSs and a generator to sustain through a 24-hour grid outage.
