Project Manager for the installation of night vision systems and precision strike systems in deploying squadron aircraft, bringing them to a battle readiness level unattainable prior to the upgrades. Managed the distribution and utilization of $1.2 million of aircraft equipment. **Flight Deck/Line Coordinator - Directed the launch, recovery and turnaround maintenance efforts of 11 shops and 130 maintenance personnel for 9 F-14 aircraft. Managed assets valued in excess of $400 million with a quarterly budget of $48,000. **Instructor and Curriculum Developer - I instructed and managed the design, development, and delivery of curriculum content for F-14A/B electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, avionics, instrumentation, fuel, and propulsion systems ensuring course material was technically accurate and appropriate. I served as liaison between the Naval Aviation Maintenance Training Group and operational squadrons ensuring course validity. I managed classroom logistical requirements, maintained publications, and performed course reviews to identify issues and implement changes to reflect new technologies, training procedures, and shifts in training focus.
