Responsible for performing all testing services for software products and digital production including e-mails, web sites and Flash units. I do good use of my interpersonal skills as I deal with our Development team to resolve all necessary issues. I am able to communicate effectively in English and always believing in the power of testing before delivery of any software product.Enforce segregation of duties as required by Audit and Control which requires deep testing of all CMS system changes as well as Site content changes, maintaining test plans and test scripts using HP Quality Center Tool.Task & Functions: * Perform testing services such as black-box testing, functional testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, regression testing for software products and digital production related products and services. * Interpretation and validation of project requirements * Understanding of traceability matrix; management of traceability matrix once testing period begins. * Able to perform bug tracking and creation, test case development and execution * Reviewing and approving IT functional test scripts * Authoring and executing test instructions * Securing test data and test accounts * Reporting and revalidating defects. * Gathering documentation of test results for record retention * Performing post release validation * Managing to schedules and deadlines set for testing * Compliance with Internal processes and other company policies * Collaborating with a larger team to resolve issues identified in testing * Communicating project status and issues to QA manager * Ensuring all project documentation meets audit requirements

I’ve worked for FISERV 2 years and a half giving Financial Solutions to several Banks around the world. Leading the new Mobile Banking System Implementation, one of my main functions was the daily coordination of the project with the Business Analysts,QA Analysts and Project Managers located in Pittsburgh, having staff meetings on a daily basis. Sharing status and planning the future of the project in the QA side. Also I have experience creating automated scripts and doing automated performance testing with Automated Testing Tools such as E-tester, E-load, E-load Navigator all of them are applications from Empirix CO; I do manual testing, regression testing, smoke tests, and more to several Banks in their online applications, making test cases, use cases, test plans and more. I´d like to mentions 3 of the several projects that I've been involved, one of them is related with websphere integration tools, the other one is related with the automation testing and manual testing as well of a Bank System (AS400 - Aperio) and the other project is related with CHECKFREE system doing the test plans and executing them.
