In my over 20-year career, I have proven myself to be a reliable, professional, and efficient team leader and member accustomed to the rigours of optimising technical curriculum within fast-paced, highly regulated environments requiring an exceptional attention to detail, impeccable accuracy, and outstanding communication skills. I constantly search for new challenges where I can utilise my expertise in technical instruction, ensuring my knowledge of the industry is continually updated through new training opportunities and certifications. As a capable mentor with a demonstrated excellence sustaining current knowledge of relevant industry practices and developments, I bring my strong background in computing, digital apprenticeships, networking, and infrastructure to any assessor position. I have deveoped some experitese in working with employers to develop opporitniies that meet and exceed the needs of all parties. In my previous roles, I have used my skills to obtain impressive accomplishments targeted toward fulfilling both long- and short-term organisational goals. I have redesigned curriculum for Bachelor of Science in computing and digital apprenticeship degree programs. In each of my student interactions, I also isolated and achieved individual student learning objectives, tailoring my instruction toward enhancing the overall classroom engagement and information retention. And of course, I routinely update my own technical education through continuing education opportunities to maintain a current understanding of technical subjects. I am a proficient communicator and motivational educator with an adept understanding of individualised learner needs.
