CurrentMy primary responsibilities encompass Training & Development and HR Operations.In Training & Development, I manage training registrations, monitor bond periods, and report training expenses to support budgeting efforts. I also source training programs for employees across various levels, from ground staff to mid-management, to meet their development needs.In HR Operations, I oversee the annual corporate insurance renewal by obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, and assisting employees with insurance claims. I also prepare monthly claims reports for management review. Additionally, I plan and implement employee engagement and wellness initiatives, including lunch-and-learn events, health screenings, financial literacy sessions, mental well-being programs, and ergonomics workshops.As part of the Global HR team, I manage the drafting of expatriate contracts and secondment annexes to support mobilization activities across Asia Pacific group companies. This includes handling extensions or early demobilizations aligned with evolving project timelines.
