• I had the privilege of being one of 8 selected out of more than 11,000 candidates for the Itaú BBA Agro Training Program.• During the job rotation, I was able to understand the role that the bank plays in agricultural financing and supporting the financial decisions of rural producers and agro-industries.• Commercial Rotation: I accompanied commercial officers during visits to various clients, such as rural producers, regional and multinational agro-industries, including exporters, soybean crushing plants, cooperatives, among others, located in the Ribeirão Preto region and South of Minas Gerais.• Credit Rotation: I actively participated in credit analyses and discussions, gaining more exposure to financial statements, as well as evaluating qualitative factors that are assessed for credit granting and client pricing.

I assist in the development of reports, presentations, and research and market intelligence projects; brand positioning; product launches; price monitoring, etc.The most significant project I co-authored, alongside senior consultants, was the "Farmland Opportunities in Brazil" report, a robust work of over 300 pages that mapped out where degraded pasture areas in the country could be used for grains.
