CyWee was a spin-off of Taiwan's ITRI, focusing on motion processing. The company later focused on wireless video streaming and computer vision face tracking. I moved to Taiwan to run their marketing and sales operations.Major accomplishments and milestones include:- Face Tracking (AR/VR): Built team from the ground up, and won contract with Mattel for the development of the Barbie Digital Makeover (toy industry’s first Augmented Reality (AR) cosmetic app) that debuted #1 on the App Store for free entertainment category and was featured on the David Letterman Show.- Motion Processing: Provided marketing and sales leadership for motion processing teams in China, Taiwan, and the USA. Contract wins resulted in CyWee technology being designed into almost every mobile device being shipped in the market.- Wireless Streaming: Primary business development for customers based in the USA, Korea, and Europe. Launched the Air Shuttle, which was the world’s first MFi-approved wireless video streaming accessory.- Cloud Computing: Worked alongside engineering to come up with product marketing materials and requirements for cloud products (video processing engine, PCIe cards, and virtualization). Designed-in for HP Project Moonshot server system. Performed initial due diligence and project coordination with Cloud Union (cloud gaming in China).

- GTM Strategy and planning for game controller, IMU, and face tracking startup. - Managed 8 FTEs across Taiwan, China and the USA.- Launched Augmented Reality SDK for virtual makeup and mobile video streaming accessories.- AR cosmetics product (Barbie Digital Makeover) showcased on the David Letterman Show.

Our first product was an outsourcing marketplace that focused on matching buyers and providers of content and services related to the college and graduate school admissions process. I was privileged to have a high exposure role where I was involved in the following:- Product Development and Project Management: Led a 23-member cross-functional team (actuarial, finance, marketing, etc.) that researched and provided actionable strategies to proposed U.S. Senate legislation by developing four unique responses estimated to save the company approximately $18 million. I lead the steering committee, communicated executive updates, and presented findings directly to the CEO and board.- Subject Matter Expert: Corporate representative and served as chief liaison between corporate business units and BSC’s government lobbyists and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) Policy Analysis team for the Enzi Rules.- Market Research: Performed ongoing market trend and competitor analysis, alerting implicated business units to assist executive decision making and guide product development.
