I’ve been working with Animation and Motion Graphics extensively for the last 15+ years which has lead to my current role as Animation Director & Co-founder at Nomographic.I’ve had a diverse employment history, starting out as a Digital Designer and progressing quickly up to Senior level in 3 years as part of a growing company. From here I continued my career abroad and formed part of the creative services team for one of the largest professional services companies in the world. I returned to the UK in December 2012, and sought to get straight back to work as a Freelancer consequently being offered permanent employment as a Motion Graphics Designer with Grand Visual where I created a range of campaigns for digital outdoor advertising. After moving on from that role I worked as a Freelance Motion & Digital Designer and found the opportunity to start a company, creating Nomographic, which I now manage together with my good friend and colleague, Matthew Schönborn.All of my previous roles have given me the opportunity to develop skills in a range of design disciplines which include; Motion Graphics, Web Design & front end development (HTML/CSS), 3D & 2D Animation, Exhibition, Application Design (UI & UX), Video production, and Audio/Video editing. Due to the availability of a film studio in two of my previous full time roles, I also had significant involvement with Camera Handling, Lighting, Photography and Directing.
