• Installation and configuration of Desktop, Laptop, and Server hardware• Logging, prioritisation, and resolution of incidents raised with the IT Helpdesk• Support of Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory• Carrying out routine patching and maintenance of desktop and server systems• Providing end user support and training• Escalating IT issues to 3rd party suppliers• Working with the IT Manager and other members of the IT team to identify and implement new systems• Documenting support processes and producing end user documentation• Configuration and management of server backup systems• Maintaining hardware asset lists• Ensuring the availability and security of the BES IT system
